Sedan flera år tillbaka köper jag
ett 70-resorskort för en bil, giltigt ett år och överför
enligt praxis de oanvända resorna till det nya kortet.
Förutsatt att systemet kommer att fortsätta köpte jag
ytterligare ett 70-kort i juli 2022.
Tyvärr ändrade monopolbolaget Ventrafiken AB i april
2023 reglerna, tog bort 70-kort och retroaktivt
avslutade möjligheten att överföra outnyttjade resor
till nästa ett-års period. Enligt principen om att
rättsstaten är en grund för alla kapitalistiska liberala
demokratier gör inte lagen det.

Since years I am buying a 70-trip card for a car, valid
one year and according to the praxis transfer the unused
trips to the new card. Assuming that the system will
continue I purchased another 70 card in July 2022.
Unfortunately, in April 2023 the monopoly company
Ventrafiken AB changed the rules, remove 70-card and
retroactively discontinue ability to transfer unused
trips to the next one-year period. According to the
principle of Rule of Law being a fundament of all
capitalistic liberal democracies the law do not. |
